It always surprises me when a group of people is capable to achieve something they set out to achieve. As the preparations of #WNGN are in full swing I’m starting to realize how far we came with something what once was a little car club of only a hand full of people. Of course we have a great group of supporters surrounding our club and the entire scene backing us up at all times. Knowing this, we were confident to host a big event. But let me tell you, it’s getting bigger than we’ve ever dreamed of! Last week we organised a litte promotion meeting to do some photoshoots and filming to promote the event. You know that feeling when you witness something special for the first time? It penetrates your senses where it leaves a permanent desire. A desire that needs to be fed, that grows over time. It makes you curious and you start a hunt to feed that desire. It’s like a drug because if you’re not careful it will become an addiction.

As each year is coming to an end I always have the feeling that I didn’t shoot enough, haven’t met so many new people and didn’t make the progress I was hoping for. I think I’m quite happy to say that this year was different. Different in many ways because a lot has changed over the past 12 months in every aspect of Wangan Warriors. Car life: A quick visit at Co-OrdSport
Every now and then I’m looking around for cars to shoot and this week I asked Wouter Vallen from Co-OrdSport NL if he had something in mind. I know for a fact that he had some cool cars over at his shop from customers but I had a special request to shoot a GT86 for once.
